The Sound of an Island

Kinetic Light Installation & Performance

“No one is an island,” says the seventeenth-century English poet John Dorn.

In the 21st century, the vast world of global news and social networks, the connection between a person and the world has become so close, but also so far apart. I use the kinetic light installation and dance performance to bring the audience into a magical virtual world, to feel, to listen, the sound of an island.
