Drawing  from personal memories and ancient knowledge systems beyond the Western canon, particularly The Classic of Mountains and Seas (山海经), this work interweaves images, myths, and textual fragments with artist’s own experiences, thus transforming the ancestral wisdom into a sensory collage. Four draperies embody the cardinal directions East, North, West, South and natural elements Wood, Water, Stone, Fire, converging at the center to form a fifth element: Earth, the shared ground that binds us all.

Visitors are invited to step inside this space of contemplation, where ancient knowledge offers ways of balancing, listening, rooting and belonging.
